Cry aloud, spare not, l
ift up thy voice like a trumpet,
and shew My People their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins. Isaiah 58:1

We believe that the Word of God is timeless and independent of any race, culture, geographical location, and ethnicity.  To reduce Scripture to simply a history book would be a great tragedy.  Further, we believe that revelation of the Word of God is progressive.  It will take an eternity for the Holy Ghost to reveal everything about the Lord to us.

Isaiah 58:1 is clearly a command of the Lord.  But to whom is this command given?  To every real Christian believer?  Hardly!  To Isaiah?  Perhaps.  But that command obviously must be a rhema word to a certain individual (s).  We believe Isaiah is here prophesying about the voice of the Spirit to the reformers over all of time. When the Spirit of God utters His Voice, something has to respond.

3   The voice of the LORD is upon the waters: the God of  glory thundereth: the LORD is upon many waters.
4   The voice of the LORD is powerful; the voice of the  LORD is full of majesty.
5   The voice of the LORD breaketh the cedars; yea, the LORD breaketh the cedars of Lebanon.
6   He maketh them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion like a young unicorn.
7   The voice of the LORD divideth the flames of fire.
8   The voice of the LORD shaketh the wilderness; the LORD shaketh the wilderness of Kadesh.
9   The voice of the LORD maketh the hinds to calve, and discovereth the forests: and in His temple doth every one speak of His glory.
10  The LORD sitteth upon the flood; yea, the LORD  sitteth King forever.
11  The LORD will give strength unto His people;  the LORD will bless His people with peace.  Psalm 29:3-11

When the “Devil’s Millennium” (approximately 400-1400 A.D.) was drawing to a close, the Spirit of God began to empower different individuals to speak out what they believed to be wrong with the Papal System that had dominated the Church (actually, the whole world) for so many centuries.

In the early 1400’s, a man named Huss was raised up in protest to the Papal domination.  He was silenced in death.  At his execution, he said, “You can kill the Goose (Huss), but in a hundred years there will come a Swan (Luther) whose song you can not silence.”  In just a hundred years, Martin Luther nailed his 95 Theses on the door of the Wittenburg Church.

16  And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
17  And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art  thou, Simon Bar-jona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.
18  And I say also unto thee, that thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build My church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.  Matthew 16:16-18

Now the pertinent question is, "To whom is the Lord speaking NOW that rhema word of Isaiah 58:1?"  Someone(s) MUST cry aloud and spare not!  Those who should be doing it (the pastors) are running up and down the sidelines, refusing to speak all of the counsel of God, either out of ignorance or fear that they might lose their nice paying job.  Who will accept the challenge?
